From Tooling to Finished System
For the Shogun FMX Bike, a completely custom exhaust design required completely custom tooling. Dedicated press forms were developed to accurately and repeatably produce the stainless steel expansion chamber sections, allowing the finished system to be built around performance, packaging and mass centralisation.
More Than Fabrication
Some projects need more than someone to simply manufacture a part.
We can help work through the idea, solve packaging and fitment problems, design the components, select the right manufacturing process and build a finished solution that suits the application.
That may be a single component, a complete fabricated system
or an entire custom build.
Remote Design & Development
Not every project needs to come through our workshop.
With accurate 3D scan data, measurements and project
information, we can complete design and development work remotely, then provide
manufacturing files or produce components depending on the project.
Where required, we can also help connect you with suitable
local 3D scanning services.

A complete purpose-built motorcycle developed around custom geometry, centralized mass and real-world riding performance.
79 Series Land Cruiser Dually
A full custom vehicle build featuring a fabricated front bar and tray, custom dually conversion, 3D printed fender flares, full custom exhaust and snorkels, all developed with New Zealand compliance requirements in mind.
FMX-Specific Swingarm Development
Purpose-built swingarms developed to improve geometry and performance for FMX, refined through finite element analysis to manage application-specific loads while reducing weight.

Engineered and fabricated to package a high-performance stainless exhaust manifold within an exceptionally constrained space.
Custom Cold Air Intake
A custom intake system developed using 3D scanning and CAD to maximise airflow within an extremely tight engine bay, without altering the exterior bodywork.
