Founded in 2019 by retired professional FMX rider Levi Sherwood, Shogun began as a personal mission to engineer high performance dirt bikes using advanced CAD design, 3D printing, CNC machining, and fabrication. What started as a search for a competitive edge quickly evolved into developing some of the most refined FMX components available, including the creation of the first purpose built FMX bike from the ground up.

Today, Shogun Innovations operates at the intersection of performance and engineering. We continue to push freestyle motocross forward through rider driven product development, producing components like foot hooks, flip levers, lightweight swingarms, and ramp systems built for progression at the highest level.

Alongside our core FMX products, we take on select custom projects across automotive, motorsport, and fabrication. From complex one off builds to precision engineered components, we apply the same design first approach and attention to detail that defines our FMX range.
