After years of riding poorly built ramps at the highest level, Levi Sherwood set out to change the game. In 2017 he created the Next Gen ramp, raising the standard for FMX takeoffs. Since then, we’ve developed the Shogun 75, the new go-to for training, shows, and comps.

Both ramps deliver more pop and hangtime, giving riders extra time and control in the air. That means bigger tricks and a safer ride.

Every design is based on suspension loading. We combine slow-mo footage with real-world rider testing to study how the bike reacts to the ramp under different tricks. A constant radius ensures a predictable takeoff and consistent manufacturing.

Structure is everything. We simulate every design to minimise flex and maximise pop. One of the biggest issues with older ramps was the lack of a true constant radius — causing inconsistent suspension loading and unpredictable jumps. On top of that, many used undersized SHS or RHS steel and had the radius rolled in the wrong orientation, leading to unwanted flex and poor performance. Our designs eliminate all of these issues through proper geometry and structural engineering.
