At Shogun Innovations Ltd (Shogun.nz), we are committed to delivering high-quality FMX components. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and returns policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact us at info@shogun.nz with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Refunds for Incorrect Orders
Refunds will not be issued if the customer has ordered the wrong product. Please ensure that you verify your order before completing the purchase.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@shogun.nz.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@shogun.nz and send your item to:

Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
