Unlike traditional bent steel lever arms that can flex under load and develop fatigue cracks over time, our lever arms are precision CNC machined from solid 7075-T6 aluminum. This provides exceptional strength and rigidity while keeping weight to an absolute minimum.
Combined with CNC machined bodies and clamps, Grade 5 titanium pivot shafts and our specially developed 3D printed TPU foam pads, every part of the system has been engineered specifically for the demands of FMX.
Even the pads have been carefully developed, with their weight, shape and foam density tuned to provide the ideal balance of comfort and performance.
The result is what we believe to be the lightest and strongest flip lever system available, by a country mile.
