Built on the foundation of our world-class FMX Flip Levers, the new Shogun Snowmobile Flip Levers have been redesigned to handle the increased loads and harsh conditions of snowmobile use.

CNC machined from 7075 aluminum and 6Al-4V Grade 5 titanium, they combine high strength, low weight and a clean, compact design.

Key Features

• 16 mm Titanium Pivot – Increased from 14 mm for additional strength.
• 15 mm Thick Lever Arms – Increased from 12 mm to withstand the greater leverage of the longer snowmobile arms.
• M8 Locking Bolt – Upgraded from M6 for increased strength.
• 4-Bolt Clamping System – Provides a secure mounting system.
• CNC Machined 7075 Aluminum – High strength with minimal weight.
• Grade 5 Titanium – Excellent strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance.
• Integrated Grease Nipple – Allows quick and easy lubrication after every session, helping reduce wear in harsh snowmobile environments.
• Enlarged 3D Printed Pads – Specifically designed for snowmobile use.

Every major component has been strengthened to account for the increased weight of a snowmobile and the additional leverage placed on the pivot assembly.
